Jump to time or "Start at time" in video from URL
It would be great to be able to jump to a specific point in time in a video based on the URL. This would make it easy to embed links to specific topics in a video in the description text.

Is this *still* not possible? Ugh.

come on Microsoft, this is basic stuff
MSFT, don't let GOOGL one-up you here. Make jump to time URL happen!
This would be so helpful in an academic environment where we only have time to show "snippets" of videos to students.

This and the 3 items linked below are basically duplicates. Can an admin take a look and merge them, please? (and any others that might be applicable)

We need "Start at" feature using which you can share a video which starts at specific time e.g. YouTube implements this with query strings (i.e. ?t=20s to start video at 20th second / ?t=3m3s to start video at 3 min 3 sec and ?t=1h10m11s for 1 hr 10 min 11 sec)
this was something we just realized we would need... my users reference other services that offer that. some sort of HH:MM:SS reference
Include a feature that allows you when sharing to start playback at a certain index in the time line.
