Wider permissions for Video Admins
Video 365 admin permissions are not enterprise-grade.
Our company is large and has a dedicated "media" group to manage social type content, including videos. Coming from Mediacore, the permissioning leaves a lot to be desired. In order to gain any control over the user created content, the current answer is to give them tenant wide Global Administrator rights. err no.
We need to be able delegate rights to modify permissions and content on the user created channels.
Orphaned channels, inappropriate videos being uploaded. videos uploaded to an incorrect channel adding delegates when the owner is away or left the company, the list is endless why we need them.

I believe this applies to my question as well. Even though I have Site Collection Administrator privileges on /portals/hub/, I can't edit the properties of a channel that I didn't create and wasn't explicitly added to. I should be able to do these actions as SCA. I can understand keeping private channels separate for permissions purposes (maybe), but an SCA on O365 Video does not have the same godlike powers as an SCA on SharePoint. That makes life difficult when trying to help internal customers who want me to make changes to a site when the creator didn't think to add me to the Owners group. I shouldn't be locked out of anything if I'm an SCA.
Should Video Admins automatically get added to the Channel Owners group? If not, that should be the default.
