    Also need to be able to create playlists like on YouTube and reorder videos especially as many of our videos are created in multiple parts.

    I'll go further than what Adam has said and would expand Video with curation tools.     This seems to be a bug, but this is a feedback forum. If you skip an Office 365 video more than 10 minutes along the timeline it freezes and no longer plays (though the playhead keeps moving). Happens in IE11, Chrome, Firefox so it's not browser specific.

    This issue limits the use of Office 365 video within our organisation as students will need/expect the ability to skip along the timeline, especially in longer videos. Hopefully it can be fixed.

    Seeing as Office 365 is cloud based, I'm not sure how you would pull this off.
